This photo has so many different textures and details in it that it seems confusing to me. As I understand, the photo was "staged" so the choice of background could have been better - if either the ground, the reflecting background or both would be solid colour then the impact of this photo would be a bit greater.
One other thing that irritates me is the contrast. I feel like it should fit the photo but I just can't stand it. It might be connected with the amount of different textures etc too.

Composition-wise, I think you've done a fairly good job. The angle of the mirror and the position of the person gives out an eerie feeling, it's like the person is a murderer and the mirror is his just-killed victim but on a deeper level than just someone breaking a mirror.
The impact is even deeper because of the fact that the focus is on the cracks in the mirror not on the reflection. Also, the lack of colour makes this seem like a still from a movie (which is a good thing in my book).

So, I decided to give you 5 stars for the impact because even though I have some issues with some of your choices for this particular photo I feel as if they are mostly technical and judging a photo purely on that is just wrong.
